What we collect

Your Telegram account details: user ID, username and first name, which Telegram shares with every bot you use.
Delivery details you type at checkout: name and address.
Your orders: products, amounts, payment status and the blockchain transaction of your payment.
Messages and photos you send to our support.
That you confirmed you are 18 or over.

Why we use it

Only to run the shop: process and deliver your order, confirm your payment, send you tracking updates and answer your questions. We may also send occasional shop updates; you can stop them at any time by blocking the bot.

Who we share it with

Your name and address go to the delivery company that carries your parcel. We do not sell your data. Crypto payments are public on the blockchain by nature.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns and our legal and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept while the conversation is useful.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time: use Support in our bot @vapes_buy_bot. We will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
